Terms and conditions
The rules and information on this competition sheet form part of the terms and conditions for entering and taking part.
Participation in the competition implies acceptance of all terms, rules and conditions.
No person employed by Solidarity or any of its organisations will be allowed to take part in the competition.
Solidarity reserves the right to conduct an interview with the winners, to take pictures and to publish them. The prize winners will be announced and published in Soldeer, on Solidarity’s Facebook page and on www.solidariteit.co.za.
Participation in this competition implies consent to be contacted by Solidarity.
The public may vote for their favourite nomination via the Solidarity Facebook page and Solidarity World.
The prize money may be used only for upgrading the nominated community facility.
All participants shall indemnify the Solidarity Movement against any damage and/or costs resulting from claims any participant may have or suffer by taking part in the competition.
Only one entry per person will be allowed.
The competition will be open from 12:00 on 16 June 2016 until 12:00 on 18 August 2016.
Should Solidarity not succeed in contacting the winner by email or telephone within five working days, another winner will be determined.
The winner will be announced on 29 August 2016.
Solidarity and its partners shall not be liable for any technical error resulting in an entry not being submitted successfully. Solidarity accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not delivered.
Solidarity also requires a follow-up video to be made of the changes effected.
