Solidarity carries its members’ interests at heart. We also aim to deliver outstanding service in every industry and sector where Solidarity represents its members. Solidarity’s SAPS sector is growing at a fast pace, and we are very pleased by this. Solidarity’s role as a voice for its members is also becoming more relevant to its members in the SAPS. These factors therefore give us the opportunity to improve our service offer to you.
As part of our service offer, we have created this page since it is so important to inform our members at the SAPS about the new landscape of trade unionism, for example Solidarity’s vital importance within the SAPS as well as Solidarity’s role in the fight against affirmative action. We would also like to keep you informed about the projects that Solidarity is currently operating within the SAPS (NSF, GEPF, Polmed etc.). Furthermore, we would also like to equip you with important information about job promotions, salary ratings, as well as the process to deal with complaints about promotions. Read the information applicable to you, below to equip yourself with the necessary information.
