Clayton Christensen, Harvard Business School professor, said that not chasing after your dreams or goals is like driving a car while looking only in the rear-view mirror. Many of us feel that our dreams don’t materialise or that we don’t reach our goals, probably because we don’t back our dreams with goals and action steps.

The road between dreams, in other words, between "what could be" and "what is", is made up of goals and action steps. Do the following test to find out if you’re doing enough to realise your dreams.
